The OSBA is starting a new program called OSBAid that provides an opportunity for members of the Ohio legal community to help other legal professionals and their families when they require extra help due to an unexpected event. OSBAid does not solicit cash, but provides assistance in small, but meaningful ways. Included below is a link to OSBA President Carol Marx’s video that explains this new effort.

The Ohio State Bar Association is rallying the Ohio legal community behind a new member-led initiative called OSBAid.

Workers' Compensation provides variety of benefits

Most workers are familiar with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation temporary total disability benefits that Ohio law provides to replace the wages of those who are unable to work while recovering from a work-related injury. They may not be as familiar with other benefits available for those who qualify.
