One of the best summer sequels isnít in the movie theater. Itís a follow-up to the Ohio State Bar Association Watergate I CLE last year that focused on the week following the Watergate break-ins during the Nixon presidency, and discussed White House Counsel John Deanís ethical duties of confidentiality and his response to the discovery of the crime. This yearís Watergate II will explore Deanís break with his superiors, examining the risks and legal challenges he faced in reporting the criminal activities he uncovered. The seminar promises to be a most unique examination of legal ethics. You are welcome to attend and interview John Dean in person at one of the following OSBA CLE locations:
